KSC International 5 Day Camp
In this inspiring multiday experience, students connect with NASA’s continuing mission of studying and understanding Mars with the goal of sustaining an active Mars base. Students will gain knowledge through exciting space shuttle mission simulations, a guided tour of Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and diving into the design and construction of a future Mars habitat. This camp is offered as an immersive three or five days of educational fun and enriching space activities. 

All campers receive a Camp KSC certificate, a specially designed Camp KSC T-shirt as well as lunch and snacks daily. 

Campers Activities:
 
  • Mars base design challenge focusing on STEM with a subject matter expert critique. 
  • Expert led discussion about NASA’s current efforts toward establishing a permanent Mars base. 
  • Hands-on activities and motion-based astronaut training simulators. 
  • Instructor-led tour of Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, the Apollo/Saturn V Center and NASA’s restricted access launch headquarters.

Camp Information
  • 5 - day camps (full time activities) 
  • Camp KSC International Advanced is open to groups of students ages 14 and older
  • Booking requires a minimum of 24 participants

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is operated for NASA by Delaware North and is entirely visitor-funded.
KSCIA is a private educational organization not affiliated with the US federal government.
