Digital Media & Space Education Internship


Calling all Florida students! Applications open now until August 8th

  • Are you passionate about STEM, Robotics, Programming, Space, or Science?
  • Do you enjoy creating digital content and videos?
  • KSCIA is looking for two enthusiastic interns to join our Space Academy education team!
  • One intern for Digital Content and one for our Space Education Team

In this internship, you'll work directly with our team to:
  • Develop and produce exciting digital media content and videos for our STEAM and space-themed projects.
  • Assist with our STEM programs, with topics including space robotics using Arduino and Raspberry Pi.
  • Work on projects to build and/or improve KSCIA's rovers and CubeSats.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and other related assigned tasks.
The duration of this internship is flexible, depending on your availability and/or school credit requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build your portfolio, and inspire the next generation of scientists and explorers!

​This is a paid internship with the possibility of earning academic credit.
EXPECTED SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:​
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 12-14 hours a week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday or Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday).

The internship program will take place in the Kennedy Space Center area, offering participants a unique opportunity to work in the vicinity of the New Commercial Space Complex.
