International Journey 2021 Calendar Artwork Contest
KSCIA’s International Journey Program is holding a Global artwork contest through November 30 for children 7 to 14 years old.
The contest encourages youth to “Be Inspired and Creative.”
Submissions are judged by an international panel including artists, scientists, teachers, engineers, astronauts and others.
The artwork will be used to create a 2021 International Journey calendar, which will incorporate a different STEM related theme for each month. The themes educate students about STEM (Science – Technology – Engineering and Mathematics) and more!
Unique and original artwork all around the world will be selected for each month.
Once the calendar is complete, it will be given to all the students and educators aboard of the International Journey program across the globe.
The calendar also will include supplemental education materials for kids to learn more about the STEM and space-related themes.
